I've never shot in any organized event so I wanted to see what it was all about. As soon as I've had some practice with my 229 I'll be good to go. The DA/SA progression on the 229 will require some practice. <br /><br />There were a lot of Glocks being shot as well as 1911 style pistols. I even saw a Hi Power although he was having some malfunctions. One or two were shooting revolvers. One gentleman got some advice from the scorekeeper with regard to holstering his Glock.
